Return Policy
  1. Return eligibility
    To be eligible for a return your item/order must meet the following criteria: 

  2. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Items that have been put into the water, even once, or dragged and thus sustained any soiling, scratching, or evidence of any wear, cannot be returned

  3. It must be accompanied by all the original packaging and accessories

  4. You have 10 days from original pickup or delivery to return the product

  5. Refunds:
    You are responsible for returning the item back at your own expense. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is rejected as ineligible, you are responsible for picking your item up within 10 days.
    Upon approval, your refund will be processed, minus a 10% restocking fee, or you can request a full store credit towards your next order.
    Exchanges (if applicable):
    You are responsible for pick up of the exchange item within 10 days of its availability, although local delivery may be possible by mutual agreement.

  1. We provide warranty for manufacturing defects on all NEW boards for one (1) year from the date of delivery to the customer. 

  2. Warranty coverage is not transferrable and as such will only apply to the original purchaser of the paddleboard. Proof of purchase must be presented at the time of the warranty claim.

  3. It is the responsibility of the purchasers to inspect the paddleboard at the point of sale and satisfy themselves with the condition of the paddleboard at time of delivery or pickup.  If your board is in original packaging, it is your responsibility to open it to inspect condition before accepting delivery or taking away upon pickup.

  4. This warranty does not cover any damage that may be the result of misuse, unauthorized modifications or repairs, impact accidents, heat exposure/excessive exposure to sunlight, improper handling, improper transport, improper storage, abuse, poor maintenance or care, incorrect set-up, racing, or use in rental operations. Cosmetic flaws do not affect the functionality, structural integrity or performance of the board and are therefore, deemed not applicable. 

  5. We reserve the right to provide repair, replacement by a similar product, or refund (depending on availability of a suitable replacement) as part of this warranty.


CARE AND MAINTENANCE 
If you follow our simple maintenance guide your paddleboard will provide you with many years of paddling enjoyment!

Do

  • Rinse your paddleboard after use, especially after saltwater use.

  • Use mild biodegradable dish soap and water to clean the board.

  • Transport your paddleboard using a proper carrying racks and tie down straps for your vehicle. 

  • Protect while transporting your paddleboard to and from the water.

  • Avoid impacting your paddleboard both in and out of the water.

  • Purchase a carrying pad if your pet is accompanying you on your paddleboard.

  • Have fun and enjoy your time on the water!

  • Always keep your board in a shaded area when not in use. At high temperatures the foam core can become unstable which can lead to serious damage to your board.

  • If you must leave your board in direct sunlight for any amount of time a reflective bag or sheet is recommended.


Do Not

  • A board bag should not be used to store or transport your board in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time.

  • Never transport or store your board outdoors in the bubble wrap included with your shipment - It can damage your board.

  • When not in use never leave your deck pad exposed and facing the sun.

  • When not in use never leave your board exposed to direct sunlight for extended times.

  • Use polishes, waxes, cleaning solvents or other harsh chemicals on your paddleboard.

  • Never use racheting straps or over tighten tie downs or have any hard obstacle under the board as these may damage it  while tying down your paddleboard for transport. 

  • Run your paddleboard up onto the shore or over submerged rocks.

  • Impact your board with rocks, logs, docks, other objects, or other paddleboards.

  • Stand on your paddleboard while it is on land and the fin attached.
